Lisa Gregory

Partner

Lisa is the Managing Partner of Fragomen South Africa and Fragomen Kenya. With more than 19 years of corporate immigration experience, Lisa provides assistance to large multinational Fortune 500 companies in Africa and globally. Prior to taking on the role of Managing Partner in Johannesburg and later Kenya, Lisa was instrumental in successfully establishing and initially managing the Fragomen (Canada) Co. office in Toronto.

During her tenure with Fragomen, Lisa worked as a Global Client Services Manager in the firm’s Global Immigration Practice, where she assisted large multinational clients with designing and implementing immigration programmes, and creating operational efficiencies and process improvements to minimise client expenditures.

Owen Davies

Director Government Strategies and Corporate Compliance: Africa

Owen is a Director of Government Strategies and Compliance based in the Johannesburg office of Fragomen Africa (Pty) Ltd. Prior to joining Fragomen, Owen was a Partner in private legal practice, focused in the field of immigration law. He has strong knowledge in advising governments on immigration law, practice and policy. In addition, Owen has successfully assisted global and international corporations develop and implement corporate immigration strategy into South Africa and Sub-Saharan Africa.

Khehla Miya

Khehla is a Senior Manager based in the Johannesburg office of Fragomen Africa (Pty) Ltd. He has strong knowledge in advising governments on immigration law, practice and policy and handles consular applications, document procurement and legalisations across South Africa and Sub-Saharan Africa.

Johannes is a Senior Manager based in the Johannesburg office of Fragomen Africa (Pty) Ltd. He has extensive knowledge in the implementation of South Africa immigration law and also other civic laws administered by the Department of Home Affairs.

Renzo Driussi

Senior Advisor, Government Strategies & Corporate Compliance

Renzo is a Senior Advisor of Government Strategies and Corporate Compliance based in the Johannesburg office of Fragomen Africa (Pty) Ltd. He has strong knowledge in advising governments on immigration law, practice and policy. He co-ordinates and manages the end-to-end processes associated to the relocation of inbound and outbound assignments.

Alexia Prior

Client Services Advisor, Government Strategies & Corporate Compliance

Alexia is a Client Services Advisor of Government Strategies and Compliance based in the Johannesburg office of Fragomen Africa (Pty) Ltd. She advises clients on the various African immigration procedures as well as other compliance aspects, including minimum salary requirements, same-sex partners, local sponsor requirements and corporate documentation requirements. Prior to joining Fragomen, Alexia provided strategic advice on the amendments to the Immigration Act and prepared appropriate South African work permit applications with the necessary supporting documentation.
